A must-see spectacle,with great music, singing, orchestration, choreography,acting and scenic art. A difficult one to stage ,as art is not drama, but it is such a great story it had to be told and what a brave, great ,stylish and talented effort.What a lot of creativity and effort, it made Japan and Glasgow truly proud! Thankyou Japan, Kazimoto, and Scottish Opera! And the Art Exhibition is a must go-to too!

This was a hard watch, left during the interval. The nonsensical dialogue combined with the talented singers was such a waste. Some of the performers seemed their heart was not in it for opening night, seemingly unbothered and putting little effort to move at all, making them stand out for all the wrong reasons. This concept might work better as a play?
